My wife said that breakfast was supposed to be till 9:30am, it was only 8:55am, she agreed, but no further comments.
When we asked the person where the food was, she said it was all gone. No regular coffee, no milk, no juices, no nothing. But, when we when downstairs to eat breakfast, what a let down. I had to suggest to them to get the one from room 201, so back upstairs we go, now with an employee who opened 201 up and got the remote and blanket because the blanket in 203 was pretty nasty.
Called the front desk and I went down to get one that they never found. Unpack and then look for the remote for the TV, nowhere to be found. No one brought the keys up, we had to pack everything up and go downstairs only to get keys and then go back upstairs again. First room 201, No air conditioning, had to pack up and go downstairs to get another room, only too get a different room 203, yes right next door.
